SHIPPING POLICY This Shipping Policy governs the processing, dispatch, and delivery conditions for orders placed on our online store.

1. Delivery Zones We deliver our products to the following geographical areas:

  • European Union

  • Rest of the World (International)

2. Shipping Carriers To deliver your orders, we work with several trusted shipping providers:

  • La Poste / Colissimo

  • Mondial Relay

  • Chronopost

  • UPS

The final choice of carrier depends on the destination zone and parcel specifications at the time of processing.

3. Processing and Delivery Times Total delivery times consist of order preparation time plus transit time:

  • Processing time (Dispatch): All orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within a maximum of 2 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery Times (Transit):

    • Metropolitan France: 3 to 6 business days.

    • European Union: 5 to 10 business days.

    • Rest of the World: 5 to 25 business days.

Note: While we do everything possible to meet these timeframes, delays beyond our control (customs procedures, strikes, severe weather) may occasionally occur.

4. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are applied as flat rates based on the destination area and delivery method:

  • Metropolitan France:

    • Pick-up point: starting at €3.89 (Free delivery in Metropolitan France for orders over €49)

    • Home delivery: €7.59

  • European Union: €12.00

  • Rest of the World: €29.00

Applicable shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at final checkout.

5. Order Tracking As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, an shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be automatically sent to you. You can use this number to track your delivery status in real-time on the carrier’s website.

6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes For deliveries outside the European Union, customs taxes or import duties may be levied by the destination country. These administrative fees and customs taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid by the recipient.
