TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&C)

In effect as of July 22, 2026.

Article 1 - Purpose, Scope, and Unique Identifier (IDU)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&C") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the sole proprietorship Fromentoux Mathieu (hereinafter "the Seller") to non-professional buyers (hereinafter "the Client" or "Clients"), wishing to purchase the products offered for sale on the website.

In accordance with Article L. 541-10-13 of the French Environmental Code, the Seller is registered with the relevant eco-organization under Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) under the following Unique Identifier (IDU):

  • Household Packaging EPR IDU: FR497756_01JVGC

These T&C govern the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Client. They are accessible at any time on the website and will prevail over any other version or contradictory document.

The Client declares having read these T&C and having accepted them before validating their order.

Article 2 - Product Characteristics

The products offered for sale are physical handcrafted items.

The main characteristics of the products are presented on the website. The Client is required to read them before placing an order. Photographs and visualizations presented on the site are non-contractual and cannot engage the liability of the Seller.

Article 3 - Rates and Pricing

Product prices are displayed on the website in Euros (€) including all taxes (TTC).

Mandatory legal notice: VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

Prices do not include processing and delivery fees, which are charged additionally and calculated prior to order validation (according to our Shipping Policy).

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the price listed on the site on the day of the order shall be the only one applicable to the Client.

Article 4 - Orders and Payment Methods

The sale will only be considered final after the Seller sends confirmation of order acceptance by email, and upon full payment receipt.

The price is payable in full using the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card (via Shopify Payments / Stripe)

  • PayPal

Article 5 - Delivery

Deliveries are carried out according to the terms, rates, and lead times detailed in our Shipping Policy available on the website.

For shipments to the United Kingdom, customs taxes (local VAT) and handling fees remain the responsibility of the buyer. In case of parcel refusal due to non-payment of these fees, initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with legal provisions, the Client has a statutory deadline of fourteen (14) days from product receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal with the Seller (our store commercially extends this period to 30 days).

Return shipping fees remain the sole responsibility of the Client, except in cases of shipping errors attributable to the Seller (e.g., non-compliant, defective, or incorrect item delivered).

The terms of exercising this right and obtaining refunds are fully governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Article 7 - Legal Warranties

Products provided by the Seller benefit automatically and in accordance with legal provisions from:

  • The legal warranty of conformity (Articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

  • The legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 8 - Personal Data Protection

The Seller undertakes to process the Client's personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Processing terms are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Article 9 - Dispute Resolution and Mediation

In the event of a dispute, the Client shall first contact the Seller at labusequifile@gmail.com to seek an amicable solution.

If no amicable solution is reached, the Client may use the following free consumer mediation service:

The Client may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Article 10 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution or mediation, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of Quimper, France.
