With the strap mounting kit, you can install your birdhouses safely without drilling or damaging the bark.

This system gently surrounds the trunk and provides a perfectly stable hold against harsh weather and wind.

Thanks to its adjustable mechanism, the strap effortlessly adapts to the tree's diameter and can be easily loosened over time to accommodate its natural growth without ever strangling it.

Compatibility: This kit is suitable for the vast majority of artisanal or commercial wooden birdhouses, feeders, and shelters intended to be hung on a trunk or post.

This kit fits the "La Larme" birdhouse perfectly.

Installation advice:
Before installing your kit on very large trees, measure the trunk circumference to ensure the strap length is sufficient.
Suitable for trees up to 60 cm in diameter, the 2-meter strap provides an ideal margin to accommodate their natural growth.

Remember to leave some extra length when adjusting so you can loosen the strap after a few years.

It allows you to securely attach your birdhouse, feeder, or shelter around a tree trunk or pole. Its strap system avoids the need to drive nails or screws into the wood, thereby preserving the tree's health while accommodating its natural growth.

It’s quick and easy:

• Screw the two mounting brackets onto the back of your wooden birdhouse.
• Slide the strap through the fixtures and wrap it around the tree trunk or post.
• Feed the strap through the buckle, tighten it to secure the unit, and you’re all set!

Our strap kit is suitable for the majority of wooden nest boxes and shelters designed to be hung along a trunk or post.

It is notably 100% compatible with our "La Larme" nest box, which already features its own adapted attachment system. The two hanging brackets included in the "wooden nest box" kit are intended solely for traditional wooden nest boxes.

No, there is no risk to your tree's health.

Unlike nails or wire that embed themselves in the wood, the strap simply wraps around the trunk without damaging the bark. You just need to loosen it slightly every two or three years to accommodate the natural growth of the trunk with complete peace of mind.
